Section 1: Product & Material

Q1: What materials do you use for your Gua Sha tools and beauty devices?
A: We specialize in premium natural materials—Grade A jade, rose quartz, bian stone, and natural horn—as well as high-grade 304 stainless steel for our modern beauty devices. All materials are selected for their durability, texture, and skin-safe properties. Our natural stones are hand-polished for a smooth, comfortable finish, and our stainless steel is hypoallergenic and rust-proof

Q2: Are the tools solid or hollow?
A: Our traditional Gua Sha tools (jade, rose quartz, bian stone, horn) are solid construction for a premium weight and feel. For stainless steel tools, we offer both solid and lightweight hollow options depending on the design—clearly indicated in the product description.

Q3: What shapes, sizes, and finishes do you offer?
A: We offer a wide range of standard shapes:

  • Face Gua Sha: Heart-shaped, fish-shaped, comb-style, classic flat

  • Body Gua Sha: Larger curved tools for back, legs, and arms

  • Rollers: Single and dual-headed rollers in various sizes

For stainless steel tools, finishes include high polish (mirror), matte, and satin. Need something specific? Our OEM/ODM service can create custom shapes, sizes, and finishes to match your vision.

Section 2: Wholesale Orders & Accounts

Q4: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for wholesale?
A: We keep it low to help you start small and scale fast. Our standard MOQ is as low as 5–10 pieces per style, and we allow mixed SKU orders so you can build a diverse inventory without overcommitting.

Q5: Do you offer volume discounts?
A: Yes, absolutely. We operate on a tiered pricing model—the more you order, the lower the unit price. Contact us for a full catalog with detailed pricing.

Q6: How do I apply to become a wholesale customer?
A: Simply email us or send a message via our website with a brief introduction about your business. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with access to our wholesale catalog and pricing.

Section 3: Customization (OEM/ODM)

Q7: What's the difference between your OEM and ODM service?
A:

  • OEM: You provide the complete design (CAD files, detailed drawings). We handle material sourcing, prototyping, and manufacturing according to your specifications.

  • ODM: You have a concept. Our design team works with you to develop the product from scratch, providing sketches, 3D renders, and material recommendations until the design is finalized.

Q8: What is the process and timeline for a custom order?
A: The standard process is: 1) Consultation & Quote → 2) Design & Development (ODM) / Tech Review (OEM) → 3) Prototype Sampling → 4) Your Approval → 5) Mass Production → 6) Quality Control & Shipping. A typical timeline ranges from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on complexity.

Q9: Are there mold fees (NRE costs)? Is the sample free?
A: For custom-shaped tools (especially stainless steel), there may be one-time mold or tooling fees (NRE costs) , which are quoted upfront. Physical samples are not free but are produced at cost, and the sample fee is usually deducted from your final bulk order invoice.

Section 4: Shipping, Payment & Logistics

Q10: What are your shipping methods and costs?
A: We offer flexible shipping via Express (DHL/UPS/FedEx), Air Freight, or Sea Freight. Costs depend on order weight/dimension, destination, and your chosen method. A calculated estimate or quote will be provided before you confirm your order.

Q11: What payment terms do you accept?
A: For new wholesale customers, we require 100% payment upfront via T/T, PayPal, or Wise. Established accounts may qualify for terms like 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. For large custom orders, a progressive payment schedule is common.

Q12: Do you support dropshipping?
A: Yes, we offer professional dropshipping services for qualified wholesale partners. We can ship orders directly to your end customers in unbranded parcels (or with your custom packaging if arranged), and provide you with tracking data.

Q13: What is your return/defect policy?
A: We have a strict QC process. However, if you receive items with manufacturing defects, please notify us with photos within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange replacements or credit. Note: Custom-made items and correctly supplied wholesale goods cannot be returned for a refund.
